Wedding Catering Service Style & Etiquette

Mon Amis Personal Chefs Service offers an upscale food experience with many different cuisines for your needs. We offer European, south western, southern, Italian, Greek, and even good old fashioned Americana food. Chef Robin Valdez and his team do not want to miss the boat when it comes to your special event.

By offering three different styles of servings we can make it affordable to fit your budget. By offering 100% custom menus for your wedding catering needs.

Buffet style can be one of the most affordable styles of presentation since minimal servers are needed. However, Mon Amis Personal Chefs Service will not skim or scrape on our visual presentation, making all events as beautiful as any of our high end events.

Family style allows a more personable touch, giving an individual presentation at each table. Your diners will have the ability to share and pass the plate. Mon Amis’s will not allow any table to be missed. A server is available to fill glasses and remove empty flat ware. (Family style can only be done on 72” round table without centerpieces)

Introducing our new A La Minute Style presentation gives you and your guest onsite to the minute cooking allowing your guest to eat at their convenience within the two hour serving time allowing you to mix and mingle with your guest

Event planning also includes some or all of the following, depending on the event: developing a theme or motif for the event, arranging for speakers and alternate speakers, coordinating location support (such as electricity and other utilities), arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security, catering, police, fire, portable toilets, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, and cleanup.
