Plated Salads

Plated events can make a beautiful presentation but keep in mind plated events do require more staffing. Although we do not charge additional for a plated event. Server Serviced run $25.00 Per Hour with a minimum of 4 hours COVID-19 dose not allow us to serve Buffet Style nor Family style at this time.

Caterers often plan a minimum of 4 different choices for groups of 25-100 or more, adding an additional choice for each 25 people. A good rule of thumb for a dinner party, allow for 6 appetizers per person. For a cocktail party consider making 12 appetizers per person.
