With epicurean experience such as at Taos’s pristine, high-class restaurants, and now branching off on his own Chef Valdez has taken his creative presentations to the extreme. Using today’s latest technology in molecular gastronomy he is  equipped with a pallet of fresh flavors, which is  presented to you and your guests within his creative cuisine.

Our Mission

Wow we have had to really go through our new way of living since COVID-19. We are parents of two children with special needs have decided to only open for limited hours while we home school our children. We also have decided to focus on our catering especially sine COVID19 after watching a verity of businesses’ close their doors that effects large special events. We have under gone some new changes by moving out of the downtown area up to Jefferson and Paseo Del Nore. We have secured a much more wide friendly space that is also convenient for our local musicians to perform.  We will continue to build out funding for our holiday mission to fee at least 400 homeless every Christmas day within our means. We will continue to practice clean, organic, and sustainable cooking.
